The brewery is owned by Bovec native, Ana and her husband Chad, the Head Brewer from Wisconsin. The couple have been brewing their craft beer in Soča Valley since 2016 and decided to share their passion and talent with the community when they opened their brewery in 2017.
The business has organically grown into a thriving craft creator…from their award-winner craft beers to their line of Thirsty River Liquor including a delicious Gin, Young Whiskey as well as Vodka and coffee liqueur. They have an inventive menu that will satisfy your hunger as well as quench your thirst.
