Accommodation bookings, hospitality services, events, and any third-party services linked through this website may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility to Purchase

Alcoholic products may only be purchased by persons who are of legal age to buy and receive alcohol in their country or place of delivery.
By placing an order for alcoholic products, you confirm that:
- you are legally allowed to purchase alcohol;
- the recipient is legally allowed to receive alcohol;
- the delivery of alcohol to the selected destination is lawful.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or not deliver any order if we reasonably believe that these conditions are not met.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, alcohol content, allergens, volume, and other information shown on the website are accurate.

- slight differences may occur between the website and the delivered product;
- availability may change at any time.
Customers should always check the physical product label upon receipt for final information regarding ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, and alcohol content.

All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation from us.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer:

- a refund for the unavailable item.

All prices are displayed in EUR and are VAT included, as indicated on the website.
Before completing the order, the customer will be shown:

By placing the final order, the customer confirms that the order includes an obligation to pay.

We deliver to the destinations made available at checkout, which currently include:
Slovenia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Croatia Zone 1, Croatia Zone 2, Bosnia and Herzegovina Export, Norway, Serbia Export, Switzerland Export, Ukraine, and United Kingdom / Channel Islands.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated according to the delivery methods configured at checkout.
Local pickup is also available where offered at checkout.
Estimated delivery times and final shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
- carrier delays;
- customs or regulatory checks;
- weather conditions;
- seasonal demand; or
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- failure to collect the parcel;
- refusal of the parcel without valid reason; or
- legal restrictions at destination,
we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping, return, handling, or re-delivery costs to the customer, where permitted by law.
10. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within the legally applicable period from the date of receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@thirstyriver.co with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.

- returned products should be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition;
- products should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;
- refunds may be reduced where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, where permitted by law.
